Hosted Service Licensing

Pricing is simply based on the volume of features used, not on the number of users. Any number of additional users can be set up for free.

Base pricing is calculated on the number of data stores used. Each application built with portalBase will typically use up to a half a dozen data stores. For example, a Customer Relationship Management system would at least include an organisations datastore, contacts and opportunities.

Enterprise Licensing

Some larger organisations may wish to use their own server rather than rent a hosted service, although the hosted service is scalable to any number of users, so you can start online then migrate all data to a company-controlled server at a later date if you decide to.

Enterprise licensing packages start at £15,000 setup + £10,000 per year for continuous software upgrades and support. The setup charge doesn't include hardware. Please email oliver@gtwm.co.uk for more information.
